Cervical and Lumbar Total Disc Replacement

Instead of fusing and eliminating movement in the disc space, the disc is replaced, allowing continued movement. This may reduce the progression of adjacent-level disease.

Anterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion (ALIF)

Used primarily for degenerative disc disease, we remove the damaged disc from between two vertebrae and graft new bone tissue to keep them from moving. We’ve cut the time for ALIF in half while getting great results.

Microscopic Lumbar Discectomy

An effective, minimally invasive technique. We remove the herniated portion of a disc, relieving the pain-causing pressure from the nerve root or spinal cord. And you can go home the same day.

Microscopic Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion

For herniated or damaged discs in the neck. Go home in 24 or 48 hours without a stabilizing collar. And we don’t need to harvest any bone graft.

Kyphoplasty

Also minimally invasive, and unique in this area. For multiple compression fractures, we inject bone cement into a weak vertebra to restore its strength. Often performed as a simple outpatient procedure

Bone Fusion

Used for fractures or arthritic conditions that result in vertebrae slipping forward, the vertebrae are realigned, and new bone is grafted and allowed to heal.
