Here at the NYSI we combine cardio and weight machines to target strength and endurance training for patients undergoing physical therapy. Prior to the startup of a physical therapy program however, patients must be evaluated by a licensed physical therapist who will determine present functioning levels, pain thresholds and physical restrictions that currently affect daily activities.
