What if I don't see my insurance plan listed?

Call our office at 1-888-444-NYSI. Coverage changes and new plans are added as we finalize additional carrier contracts, and our team can confirm your specific benefits before you schedule.

Does every NYSI location accept the same insurance?

Not entirely. Empire BlueCross BlueShield, Aetna and Humana are accepted at all of our New York and New Jersey offices. Cigna is currently in-network at our Westbury, Kew Gardens, Bronx, Manhattan, White Plains and Brooklyn locations only.

Do you accept workers' compensation or no-fault claims?

Yes. NYSI treats patients under workers' compensation and no-fault (auto accident) coverage in addition to standard medical insurance. Let our scheduling team know your claim type when you book so we can prepare the right paperwork in advance.

What should I bring to confirm my coverage?
